Meet The Team

Sue Penney
Managing Director + Founder of Penney's Accountancy Ltd
sue.penney@penneysaccountancy.co.uk
Sue started the business back in 1996 working from her kitchen table. She has seen the business grow from humble beginnings to a team of three bookkeepers, two accountants and an office administrator.
Although Sue’s main role now is building customer relationships and sales, she is honed as the ‘Business Witch.’ She gives countless clients peace of mind and a magic wand to wave all of their financial stresses away - of which, luckily, she has several - but don’t think she won’t cast a spell on you if you don’t get your paperwork to her on time!
Outside of work, Sue has 5 children and a passionate interest in Celtic history and spiritual development.

Jacqueline Dee
Senior Bookkeeper
jacqueline.dee@penneysaccountancy.co.uk
During my spare time I enjoy family activities, going to the theatre, I love forest bathing or shinrin-yoku in Japanese, when walking my dog.
I listen to audio books while dealing with the more mundane parts of life and belong to a book club. I volunteer for a local charity all of which keeps me busy.

Callum Williams

Callum has an extensive background in administration and loves to get his hands dirty with all kinds of complicated organisational tasks.
He is also very eager to dive head first into learning the art of bookkeeping and we have no doubt that young grasshopper will excel in this role and help to support our ever-growing team of bookkeepers.
Callum has a keen interest in Asian culture, law, scenic environments and their ingrained piety and history. He has been interested in Korean culture predominately since 2014 and visited Korea for five weeks in 2018.

Tracey Durant
Senior Bookkeeper
tracey.durrant@penneysaccountancy.co.uk
Outside of work I can usually be found in the gym, or playing tennis, and anywhere that involves dancing as I love it and have been taking dance lessons to be even better at it!

Keeley Duke
Lvl 2 AAT Bookkeeping Apprentice
keeley.duke@penneysaccountancy.co.uk
Keeley is our superstar bookkeeping apprentice.
Keeley is picking things up so quickly that Sue may need to watch out for her own position!
Keeley says: "Since school, I have always had a keen interest in puzzles and maths problems.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games or getting cosy with a book. I frequently like to relax listening to music or adding another set to my ever-growing Lego collection. You can usually find me, though, cuddled up with my two dogs on the sofa."
